Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-First Wealth to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Cross-sell and upsell a range of retail banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the portfolio and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Comply with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
