This is a full-time position based in Guwahati, Assam, India. As a Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our clients. Your primary duties will include ticketing, checking-in passengers, assisting with baggage handling, and providing information and assistance to customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Process ticket reservations and sales for both domestic and international flights
• Check-in passengers and assist with baggage handling
• Provide information to customers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and passenger information
• Keep up-to-date with airline policies and procedures Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in ticketing or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
