Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and construction activities for hospital and institutional building projects.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely progress, quality compliance, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and review progress against project milestones and schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Review and certify contractor bills, measurements, progress reports, and variation orders.
Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to the client.
Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities while ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
Graduate Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech Civil) from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of on-site experience in the construction, repair, renovation, and rehabilitation of hospital, healthcare, hotel, or institutional building projects.
Must have successfully completed at least two projects end-to-end during their professional career.
Strong experience in interior works and fit-outs.
Experience in contractor management, project planning, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in renovation and rehabilitation of operational healthcare facilities will be preferred.
