Key responsibilities:

·  Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on demand forecasts and market requirements.

·  Develop and execute production schedules for OSD manufacturing operations.

·  Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and production capacity.

·  Monitor plan adherence and take corrective actions to minimize schedule deviations.

·  Coordinate production activities to meet dispatch and inventory targets.

·  Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables for uninterrupted production.

·  Review material requirements planning (MRP) and collaborate with procurement teams.

·  Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

·  Track inventory aging and implement reduction initiatives.

·  Conduct capacity planning and identify bottlenecks affecting production output.

·  Recommend capacity enhancement and productivity improvement initiatives.

·  Balance workloads across production lines to maximize resource utilization.

·  Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

·  Coordinate product launches, technology transfers, validation batches, and commercial production.

·  Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings.

·  Prepare management reports and production dashboards.

·  Analyze variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

·  Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and company requirements.

·  Support audits and regulatory inspections.

·  Lead continuous improvement initiatives for planning accuracy, productivity, and inventory optimization.

·  Drive digitalization and ERP-based planning improvements.
