Key Responsibilities

• To monitor Granulation, Coating, Compression activity and productivity.
• To comply with cGMP practices and on-line documentation at shop floor.
• To establish and lay down current systems, SOP, BMR and related documentation.
• To ensure proper and established handling of tools and change parts.
• To comply online entry of data in SAP HANA system.
• To allocate jobs to subordinate and workmen.
• To take follow up for completion of Training Programs and share the knowledge to supporters.
• To co-ordinate with QA, QC, Engg. and Warehouse to achieve the daily productivity.
• To reduce the wastage, rejection and reprocessing and improve yield of products.
• To take participation in validation and qualification process.
• To maintain labelling of area, equipment, material, container as per SOP
• To maintain Hygienic practice like no eating, no smoking, no chewing, no storage of food in manufacturing area, no self-medication, etc. and good sanitation practice.
• To follow the instructions from seniors and perform any job/ work assigned by seniors.
• To ensure safety compliance and EHS awareness on shop floor.
• To maintain inventory record of sieve screen, GFB bags utilization
• To handle Matcon Bin, blending process and have access of RFID
