Job Description

Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry:

Responsibilities

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training Program Development:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.
• Unit Operations Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.
• Monitor compliance during training delivery.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
