• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
• Check and verify travel documents and issue boarding passes
• Handle baggage and assist with loading and unloading of luggage
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
