We are seeking a Digital Tracking and Website Operations Analyst to support website analytics, digital tracking, tagging governance, and web optimization initiatives across the marketing analytics ecosystem. The role will work closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Web teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation, website analytics visibility, A/B testing support, and operational maintenance of digital analytics processes.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Web Analytics and Tracking:
Support implementation and validation of website analytics tracking on Heap and GA.
Monitor and troubleshoot tagging and digital tracking issues across web properties.
Validate analytics events, conversions, campaign parameters, and user journeys.
Support governance and QA for analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, GTM, etc.
Website and Digital Support
Support website page updates, testing, and operational maintenance activities.
Assist with integration and tracking setup for new website pages and campaigns.
Coordinate with web development and marketing teams for analytics readiness.
A/B Testing And Optimization Support
Support setup, QA, and monitoring of A/B testing initiatives.
Assist with experiment tracking validation and performance reporting.
Help analyze user behavior and engagement trends to support optimization efforts.
Site Audits And Governance
Conduct periodic website analytics, tagging, and SEO/AEO audits.
Identify gaps in tracking, consent management, and data quality.
Maintain documentation for tags, tracking logic, and analytics configurations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, martech operations, or website support roles.
Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Heap.
Understanding of tagging and tracking concepts (GTM, pixels, events, UTM parameters, etc. ).
Familiarity with website QA and browser debugging tools.
Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital experimentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate across marketing, analytics, and web teams.
Experience with SEO/AEO audits and digital optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with consent management and cookie governance concepts.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website structures.
Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
