We are recruiting a Consultant (Power BI) for the Transformation Delivery team for Gurgaon location. Working as a consultant in this team, your responsibilities will include:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and support innovative business solutions that automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experiences across multiple business functions.

B.Tech/ /BCA/B.Sc (IT)
Work experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Advanced expertise in: Power Apps, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Sharepoint Online and Connectors and custom connectors
Knowledge of PowerQuery / PowerBI to implement Automation in Excel spreadsheets
Mandatory technical & functional skills
Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
Build complex workflows and enterprise automations using Power Automate.
Design and maintain Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, and security structures.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
SharePoint
Microsoft 365
Teams
Outlook
Third-party applications
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimise existing applications and automation processes for performance and reliability.
Implement governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and citizen developers.
Support solution deployments, testing, and production releases.
Key behavioural attributes/requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
