Travel Operations Internship In Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support end-to-end hotel booking and travel ticketing operations, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations with high accuracy.
• Manage blended operational tasks by handling both back-office coordination and customer interactions through calls and emails.
• Assist in maintaining operational records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of bookings and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, hotel partners, and clients to ensure smooth travel operations while delivering excellent customer service.
