Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to handle end-to-end e-tendering activities and documentation liaisoning across multiple government and PSU procurement portals. The role requires hands-on experience in tender submission, document coordination, and sales support through tender platforms.



Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end handling of e-tendering process including tender search, analysis, preparation, submission, and follow-ups
  • Regular monitoring of tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procure, State DISCOM portals, Railways, PSU portals, etc.
  • Preparation, compilation, and uploading of technical, commercial, and compliance documents
  • Coordination with internal departments (sales, accounts, factory, QA, management) for tender inputs
  • Handling EMD, BG, CPBG, PBG documentation and coordination with banks
  • Post-bid follow-ups, corrigendum tracking, and bid clarification responses
  • Support sales team with tender-based enquiries and documentation
  • Maintaining tender records, submission logs, and document control
  • Liaisoning with departments, consultants, and portal authorities as required



Requirements

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict – Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet ALL the conditions below:

Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in:
    • E-tendering
    • Government / PSU tender documentation
    • Sales support through tender portals
  • Experience must be in building materials, construction products, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sector

Education

  • Continuous regular education only
  • No education gap
  • No correspondence / distance / open university education

Employment Type

  • No freelancers
  • No independent consultants
  • Must be a full-time salaried professional


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of tender documents, ATC, BOQ, technical specifications
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, and online portals
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and document accuracy
  • Ability to handle deadlines and multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Candidate must have own laptop for official work
  • Knowledge of compliance documents, registrations, and certifications is an added advantage

Probation Period

  • Duration: 6 months

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
    • Fixed Pay (monthly): ₹6,00,000 per annum
    • Deferred Pay: ₹2,00,000
      • ₹1,00,000 payable after 6 months of continuous service
      • ₹1,00,000 payable after 1 year of continuous service
