About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Ad Sales Executive to generate advertising sales by reaching out to potential clients, presenting advertising solutions, and closing deals. The role involves active calling, lead follow-up, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve monthly targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch advertising products/services.
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads through calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Explain advertising options, pricing, and packages clearly and persuasively.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable ad solutions (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales staff when required.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects until closure and ensure timely onboarding of clients.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, billing, and after-sales support.
  
  

What You Will Need For This Position

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or advertising sales.
• Experience in media, digital ads, or print advertising is an advantage.
