The role requires hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and team management to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions in a 24&times;7 production environment.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Architect, design, and review <strong>end-to-end technical solutions</strong> aligned with business and non-functional requirements.</li><li>Lead and mentor a <strong>technical team</strong>, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and technical direction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with <strong>stakeholders, product owners, and leadership</strong> to translate business goals into technical architecture.</li><li>Define and enforce <strong>architecture standards</strong>, patterns, and governance across platforms.</li><li>Ensure <strong>high availability, scalability, security, and performance</strong> of applications deployed on cloud and container platforms.</li><li>Drive <strong>CI/CD strategy, automation, and DevOps best practices</strong>.</li><li>Support and troubleshoot <strong>Linux-based systems</strong> and production incidents when required.</li><li>Design and operate solutions in <strong>air-gapped / restricted network environments</strong>.</li><li>Review and guide <strong>infrastructure as code (IaC)</strong> implementations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to <strong>security, compliance, and quality standards</strong> across the SDLC.</li><li>Work closely with monitoring and SRE teams to ensure observability and proactive incident management.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Mandatory Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3><h3><strong>Experience &amp; Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>8+ years</strong> of overall IT experience.</li><li><strong>3&ndash;4 years of experience as a Lead/ Architect</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>managing and mentoring technical teams</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>stakeholder management</strong> and communication skills.</li></ul><h3><strong>Cloud &amp; Platform</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong expertise in <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong>, including:<ul><li>Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)</li><li>Cosmos DB</li><li>Azure Functions</li><li>Azure PostgreSQL</li><li>Azure Key Vault</li><li>Azure Storage Services</li></ul></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>containerization and orchestration</strong>:<ul><li>Kubernetes</li><li>Docker</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>Operating Systems &amp; Monitoring</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong <strong>Linux troubleshooting</strong> skills.</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools such as:<ul><li>Dynatrace</li><li>Prometheus (or similar observability tools)</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>DevOps &amp; Automation</strong></h3><ul><li>Infrastructure as Code using <strong>Terraform</strong>.</li><li>CI/CD tools and practices:<ul><li>Azure DevOps</li><li>GitHub Actions</li><li>GitLab CI</li><li>ArgoCD</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>Security &amp; Code Quality</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with <strong>artifact management and code quality tools</strong>:<ul><li>JFrog</li><li>SonarQube</li></ul></li><li>Understanding of <strong>secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices</strong>.</li></ul><h3><strong>Specialized Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Prior experience working in <strong>air-gapped environments</strong> or highly secured networks.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Good-to-Have Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Familiarity with <strong>MLOps technologies and workflows</strong> (a strong plus).</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle complexity in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ownership mindset and strong accountability.</li></ul>
