Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:We are looking for a Tech Lead – AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate willlead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvementsand support for existing Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incidentresolution, and enhancements.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and proposescalable technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platformoptimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and businessanalysts for successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in change management and release activities following best practices.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ExperienceCloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and APIIntegrations.
• Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or specific Cloud certifications)preferred.
