Job Description

The Team Lead will build, manage, and drive a high-performing team of recruitment sales consultants focused on selling CyberforceHQ to healthcare, IT and cybersecurity clients. This role requires someone who has already sold recruitment solutions(RaaS, staffing services, talent consulting, project-based hiring, etc. ) and can manage everything from lead generation to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 junior recruitment sales consultants.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demos, negotiation, and closure.
  • SellCyberforceHQs recruitment tech solutions to healthcare, IT, and cybersecurity clients.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, outbound channels, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Set weekly/monthly targets for the team and track performance.
  • Train and guide the team on: Recruitment, sales methodologies, Product pitching, Lead generation, and consultative selling.
  • Work closely with the product and leadership team to refine pitch, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention.

Expectation Outcomes

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  • Building a consistent outbound pipeline for the team.
  • Coaching team members to become top-performing consultants.
  • Expanding Cyberforce HQ adoption across global healthcare IT and cybersecurity clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or RPO business.
  • Strong background in selling: Recruitment as a service, Staffing solutions, Talent consulting
  • Must have domain experience in healthcare IT and/or cybersecurity recruitment.
  • Proven track record in recruitment solutions sales.
  • Experience in managing a sales or recruitment team is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, SDR workflows, CRMs, and outreach tools.
  • Must have experience handling the entire sales cycle independently.
