What You'll Do

• This Talent Sourcing Specialist role will focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals across key SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and broader Southeast Asia)
• Working in close collaboration with the recruiting team and business stakeholders, you will support hiring across a range of non-technical functions, including consulting, business services, and corporate roles.
• You will play a critical role in shaping and executing regional sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates aligned with business needs
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree with high academic achievement required
• 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on corporate and/or consulting roles
• Must have strong experience hiring across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to source across geographies remotely
• Excellent research, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across cultures
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Identifying and engaging top talent across SEA markets (especially Singapore, KL, Japan, China and Australia) for consulting and corporate roles
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective sourcing strategies
• Conducting market mapping and competitor intelligence for consulting and corporate talent pools
• Sourcing passive candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across key SEA markets
• Effectively communicating and positioning the BCG value proposition to diverse candidate groups
• Tailoring sourcing approaches based on regional and cultural nuances
• Conducting initial candidate screening and fit assessment
• Using creative sourcing strategies and engagement techniques to attract high-quality candidates
