Your Role And Responsibilities

A Digital and AI Strategy Consultant assigned to this position is expected to:

• A strategic thinker who connects business priorities with digital and AI opportunities.
• Skilled at simplifying complex technology into clear, executive-ready insights.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases and value models.
• A proactive leader who identifies opportunities, influences stakeholders, and drives transformation
  
  

• Shape the company’s digital and AI strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps. Program manage large, complex digital and AI Transformation engagements
• Identify high-value opportunities across the business and define clear value outcomes.
• Partner with product, data, engineering, and other business teams to bring AI initiatives to life.
• Establish standards, governance, best practices and COEs for responsible and scalable AI adoption.
• Track impact, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption
  
  

• Typical candidates is a Post Graduate in Management and possess 10+ years of relevant business experience.
• Should be an expert in advisory and consultancy service having demonstrated experience of working with CDO/CIOs in client organizations for shaping their business strategies and assisting them in implementing strategies for transformation.
• Familiar with next generation AI/ Gen AI platforms and products
• Worked with multiple Indian organizations in client-facing roles
