Sr Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist on the SMB Delivery team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical implementations that fuel the growth of our SMB publisher ecosystem. You’ll ensure seamless product deployment, drive operational excellence, and help our business teams uncover revenue-impacting opportunities. In this role, you’ll bring technical expertise directly to publishers’ websites—empowering them, strengthening their experience, and shaping the future of our SMB operations.

To Thrive In This Role, Youll Need

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software environment
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Python
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities and ability to independently execute complex implementations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical outcomes
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in a rapidly scaling global business
• Exposure to fraud-related processes, yield optimization, or publisher-side integrations
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Deliver time-critical, technically complex implementations while aligning closely with business stakeholders
• Serve as the team’s technical point of contact, providing guidance, best practices, and support for day-to-day issues
• Handle technical escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions
• Train, mentor, and develop new team members into confident independent contributors
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency at scale
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of implementation cases, minimizing post-launch issues
