Site Engineer - Telecom F M D

We are currently seeking a Site Engineer (Telecom) for the GC Gurgaon Metro Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute installation of telecom systems such as OFC (Optical Fiber Cable), CCTV, PA/PIS, Access Control, Telephone Systems, and Radio Systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of telecom works on site.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.
• Review telecom system drawings, layouts, and technical documents to ensure correct implementation.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of telecom systems, including integration with other subsystems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and quality procedures at all times.
• Inspect materials and equipment delivered at site to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, installation records, and documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Support interface coordination with signalling, electrical, and civil teams for system integration.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and handover activities.
• Ensure proper cable routing, termination, labeling, and testing as per standards.
  
  
  

• Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience for graduates; Diploma holders require an additional 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in metro/ railway projects; Diploma holders require an additional 3 years of relevant experience in this domain.
• Proven experience working on Metro projects is essential.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi (local language) will be an added advantage.
