Senior UiPath Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior UIPath Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept focused on end-to-end automation. You will design and implement automation workflows using the UiPath Platform, combining RPA, orchestration (Maestro) and AI/agentic capabilities. The solution may evolve to include LLM-based agents, document understanding and workflow orchestration as the scope matures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator)
• Build end-to-end process automations combining RPA bots, API/service integrations and AI/LLM-driven agentic components
• Configure process orchestration and state management using Maestro (or equivalent workflow layer)
• Integrate with external systems such as SAP, APIs and internal services
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps where required, including validation, approvals and exception handling
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate rapidly during POC
• Support testing, deployments and demo readiness
• Document workflows, logic and architecture to enable future scaling into production

Requirements

• 3-9 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Hands-on expertise in UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator)
• Background in workflow orchestration concepts (e.g., Maestro, BPMN-like thinking)
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services and enterprise systems
• Capability to work in fast-paced, iterative POC environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on business outcomes

• Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding
