Senior Software Engineer - RPA UI Path

We are seeking a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept centered on end-to-end automation.

You will architect and build automation workflows leveraging the UiPath Platform, blending RPA, orchestration (Maestro), and AI/agentic capabilities. The solution may grow to incorporate LLM-based agents, document understanding, and workflow orchestration as the scope evolves.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows leveraging UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator)
• Build end-to-end process automations blending RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven agentic components
• Configure process orchestration and state management via Maestro (or an equivalent workflow layer)
• Integrate with external systems (SAP, APIs, internal services, etc.)
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps as needed (validation, approvals, exception handling)
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate quickly throughout the POC
• Support testing, deployments, and demo readiness
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable future scaling into production
  
  

• 6–10 years of professional experience
• Hands-on expertise in UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator)
• Background in workflow orchestration concepts (e.g., Maestro, BPMN-like thinking)
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative POC environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes
  
  

• Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding tooling
• Knowledge of the UiPath AI Center
