Job Overview

We are seeking a talented eLearning Developer with 3–4 years of experience in developing and customizing interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Lectora, and Adobe Captivate. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills, experience with SCORM-compliant courses, and the ability to deliver high-quality learning solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.

Roles and responsibility

• Strong hands‑on experience and expertise in eLearning course and template development using Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Acrobat Writer.
• Expertise in Storyline and Lectora customization, including both course authoring enhancements and published output customization using JavaScript/jQuery
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and LMS interaction/debugging.
• Experience debugging course behavior in different browsers using DevTools (Chrome/Edge).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow the process in line with client communication and compliance protocol and meet the given timelines.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

• 1 to 5 years of experience in software development and application engineering.
