This role moves beyond traditional automation, requiring the engineer to develop and test directly with AI, leverage AI-driven evaluation models to enhance test accuracy, and architect highly efficient, intelligent testing frameworks. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional, hands-on technical proficiency across end-to-end Automation, API integration, Applied AI testing, and CI/CD DevOps pipelines. You will act as a core contributor to our testing accelerators and serve as a technical vanguard for enterprise client deployments, ensuring maximum delivery quality and operational efficiency.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Senior SDET (AI) Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Participate in software development activities as needed.</li><li>Rebuild and deploy the company's proprietary automation framework within client environments.</li><li>Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve overall work efficiency.</li><li>Develop and utilize AI accelerators for testing and automation.</li><li>Perform standard Senior SDET and test automation duties.</li><li>Develop and execute tests using AI and AI-driven evaluation models to enhance accuracy.</li><li>Implement intelligent, highly efficient testing frameworks beyond traditional automation.</li><li>Perform hands-on end-to-end (E2E) automation and API integration testing.</li><li>Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD DevOps pipelines.</li><li>Contribute as a core developer to proprietary testing accelerators.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Skillset</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Strong test strategy, risk-based testing, defect analysis and RCA.</li><li>Ability to understand requirements and translate them into effective quality solutions.</li><li>Strong collaboration with Developers, Product, BA and DevOps/SRE teams.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and contribute to shift-left / QE practices.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Mandatory Skills:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>QA- SDET: Automation Testing with AI (MCP, Agentic, AI Evaluation) (6 to 10 years)</li><li>Python &ndash; Development, Automation &amp; Scripting</li><li>AI/GenAI &amp; LLM Application Development</li><li>MCP &amp; AI/Agent Development</li><li>AI/Agent Evaluation &ndash; LLM, RAG, Agents, Prompts &amp; Outputs (Promptfoo / DeepEval / RAGAS)</li><li>Playwright / Selenium / Cypress</li><li>API Testing &amp; Automation &ndash; REST APIs / Postman / REST Assured</li><li>Test Framework Design &amp; Architecture</li><li>Java / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js / React, Docker / Kubernetes and cloud environments</li><li>CI/CD &ndash; Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps</li><li>Basic SQL / Database Testing</li><li>Git &amp; Software Engineering Practices</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills (Good to have):</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Performance / Security / Accessibility Testing</li></ul></div>
