Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team and lead strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates across the Infrastructure, Facility Management, Real Estate, EPC and Industrial sectors. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of critical mandates,identifying high-quality talent, developing industry talent networks, and ensuring successful closure of positions.

• Independently manage strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates from mandate understanding to closure.
  
• Handle mandates across IFM, IPC, EPC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Warehousing & Industrial sectors.
  
• Understand client businesses, organizational structures, industry dynamics and talent requirements to deliver relevant talent.
  
• Source and map candidates through LinkedIn, databases, industry networks, referrals and market intelligence.
  
• Build and maintain a strong industry-specific talent network, particularly across leadership and mid-senior management levels.
  
• Conduct detailed candidate screening, competency assessment and suitability evaluation against the mandate.
  
• Prepare high-quality candidate profile summaries, assessment notes and client submissions.
  
• Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle — mandate briefing, sourcing, screening, client coordination, interviews, negotiations, offer management and joining.
  
• Manage multiple strategic mandates simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround time and quality.
  
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and difficult-to-close positions.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of key organizations, competitors, talent pools and leadership movements within the target sectors.
  
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
  
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded mandates.
  
• Mentor junior recruitment resources and guide them on sourcing, screening and sector-specific recruitment practices.
