We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Manager who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work on one of the most advanced Retail Media Platforms in the industry - where data, AI, and creativity automation meet commerce.

Your mission will be to turn retailer and campaign data into actionable insights that help brands maximise ROI and plan high-performing, retail-aligned media strategies.


About the role

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the yield reporting, optimisation, and business intelligence suite supporting internal sales, exec teams, brands, and agencies across all Tesco Retail Media channels (Onsite, Store, Offsite, etc.).
  • Design and launch features that give users visibility into media inventory availability, quality, and monetisation potential — enabling smarter allocation, pricing, and campaign planning decisions.
  • Blend strong product management skills with deep expertise in yield reporting, optimisation, and BI to maximise the value of every media impression while balancing advertiser and shopper experience needs.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with design, engineering, data science, proposition, and UX research to build intuitive, insight‑rich planning workflows aligned with user needs.
  • Track industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving user expectations to ensure the product remains market‑leading and future‑ready.
  • Collaborate with data science to shape predictive models for pricing, inventory allocation, and optimisation.
  • Champion data accuracy, governance, and scalability, ensuring planners can confidently trust and act on the insights provided.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, aligning sprint‑level execution with the long‑term strategic roadmap.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to resolve challenges, champion agile best practices, and deliver high‑quality, user‑loved products.
  • Lead internal rollout and adoption, including process updates, communication, and training; collaborate with Product Marketing on education materials for internal and external users.


What We Expect From You

  • Strong understanding of revenue models, yield metrics (eCPM, fill rate), and monetisation strategies
  • Deep understanding of yield optimisation principles, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with retail media platforms, ad servers, programmatic buying, and auction-based pricing models will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of data privacy, attribution, and media measurement frameworks (multi touch attribution, uplifts, etc.)
  • Ability to evangelise product vision internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working with data science teams to translate models into productised tools.
  • Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS or self-serve ad platforms preferred
