Primary Requirements

Standardization of Operational Processes

• Review existing processes and identify gaps
• Design and implement standardized SOPs
• Train teams and support adoption
• Continuously refine based on feedback
  
  

Operational Optimization & PLM Digital Transformation

• Identify digitization opportunities in PLM
• Drive cross‑functional change and adoption
• Lead PLM rollout and post‑go‑live optimization
  
  

Agile Project Governance & Capability Building

• Enable project leads on agile practices
• Support planning, OKRs, and milestones
• Coach teams through delivery and sprint reviews
  
  

Functional Project Oversight & Coordination

• Lead projects end‑to‑end
• Define and track OKRs with stakeholders
• Manage risks and report progress
  
  

End‑to‑End Ownership of Assigned Projects

• Build project plans (budget, timeline, stakeholders)
• Manage governance and communication
• Escalate risks with mitigation plans
  
  

Technical Skills Required

• PMP / Agile / Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
• SME knowledge of end‑to‑end sourcing processes
• Strong understanding of costing, capacity systems, and daily operations
• Sound analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to design and manage complex project content
• Financial acumen with experience in business case development
• Capability to write, analyze, and collaborate on proposals, strategy papers, and updates
