Job Summary: Marketing Services is Support Function for the India Business, responsible for managing and processing payments related to field-facing activities. Team handles various type of payable activities including hotel invoices, car hire invoices, employee reimbursements, other vendor payables, and overall payment processing.

We are seeking candidate who can assist in end-to-end accounts payable processing using VIM/SAP in adherence to defined Standard Operating Procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts payable related to:
• Hotel
• Car hire
• Employee Reimbursement
• Other Vendor Payments
• Support vendor code creation and NEFT activation
• Assist the Payments Team in creating bank payment entries
  
  

Skill Sets Required

• Basic knowledge of Withholding Tax (TDS) and GST provisions.
• Familiarity with systems like VIM/S4P Hana
• Ability to multi task , work independently and having good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong competence with Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with 2 – 3 years + experience preferably in Accounts Payable in pharmaceutical industry
