• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business.
• Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations
• Analyze data insights and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
• Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to gaining new skills in marketing and SEM.
