You will report to the Manager (or equivalent) and typically work on 1-2 projects at a time</p><p>.You will own the analysis and key deliverables on your projects, work closely with analysts, associates and our data science and technology teams, and present findings to clients alongside the Manager. You will also mentor team members and help grow 1Lattice&rsquo;s business by deepening existing client relationships.</p><div><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul dir="ltr"><li>Drive day-to-day project execution for ECM clients, with ownership of project analysis and key deliverables</li><li>Own analysis in Excel and handle data comfortably to derive meaningful insights</li><li>Contribute across the project life cycle: scoping, problem structuring and hypothesis definition, research and analysis, presentation storyboarding, delivery communication, project closure and knowledge management</li><li>Collaborate with 1Lattice Analysts, Research Associates and cross-functional data science and technology teams</li><li>Mentor and guide fellow team members, and coordinate work across the project team</li><li>Stay focused on outcomes, and adapt to an ambiguous and dynamic environment</li><li>Present to clients in meetings and updates, alongside the Manager</li><li>Innovate on frameworks and tools, and record learnings to expand the 1Lattice knowledge base</li><li>Stay up to date with current trends in the research field</li><li>Support business development and client engagement, primarily by farming existing client relationships to bring more business to 1Lattice</li></ul><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5"><strong>Desired Background</strong></p><ul dir="ltr"><li><p>Minimum 3+ years of research, consulting, advisory or market research experience</p></li><li><p>Prior work in relevant fields such as management consulting, business research, market research, equity research or similar backgrounds</p></li><li><p>Exposure to ECM, investment banking or capital markets research is a plus</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr" aria-level="5"><strong>Desired Competencies</strong></p><ul dir="ltr"><li><p>Strong research skills and past research experience</p></li><li><p>Analytical ability to derive patterns from data and push for insights</p></li><li><p>Resourcefulness and tact in gathering market inputs and understanding client requirements</p></li><li><p>Ability to work and influence in client settings</p></li><li><p>Collaborative approach with counterparts in business partner teams to drive impact together</p></li><li><p>Strong ownership and pride in output</p></li><li><p>High focus on outcomes, and enjoyment in driving clients to action</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (critical for this role)</p></li><li><p>Strong client management and presentation skills</p></li></ul></div>
