What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Social Impact Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets in areas such as K-12 education (Subtopics such as ECCE, AI x Education, Assessment to action, Exemplar schools, School to Work transition, secondary reforms etc.) higher education (greenfield set-up and brownfield transformation) and Skilling (ITI transformation, Short term skilling etc). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite is expected to deliver impact.

You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

Our education practice experts have extensive experience working on large-scale education transformation projects with state governments and Ministries in India. Overall, BCG, globally, has undertaken over 500+ projects in the education sector – across both private and government sectors.

What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of industry experience in Education & Skilling sectors; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in Education & skilling (K-12, Higher Education, TVET etc.) preferably with experience of working with governments (policy, implementation and multi-year transformation programs) and/or Donor funded (e.g., ADB, World Bank) programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English at proficiency level required)
• Fluent in using AI tools, curiosity/openness to experiment with AI tools to deliver higher value for clients
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder discussions and work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround time
• Ability to get work done in challenging environment by demonstrating growth mindset and learning adaptability
  
  

Who You'll Work With

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
