The Retail Consultant will drive the development and expansion of the client’s food retail business by designing and implementing strategies for store growth, franchise development, and operational optimization. The role focuses on strengthening retail presence, enhancing profitability, and ensuring efficient supply chain and merchandising practices.

1 Drive retail expansion through new store openings and franchise network development, including site selection and go-to-market strategies.

2 Evaluate and restructure existing stores to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.

3 Establish and optimize supply chain operations, including vendor onboarding, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

4 Design product assortment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales, margins, and profitability.

5 Analyze business performance metrics and provide training and guidance to store teams and franchise partners while aligning with stakeholder
