Role

To ensure the delivery of excellent quality product to export customers by carrying out part inspection, vehicle inspection, engine testing and improving the overall packaging quality by collaborating with concerned agencies and developing new packing solutions.

A purpose driven role for you

• Stabilisation of Quality System for export models for smooth introduction
• Improve profitability through Institutionalizing Cost of Quality by reducing Cost of Poor Quality
• First time right products while sustaining and improving Product and Process quality with structured restorations and holistic improvements by reinforcement of QM Pillar Methodology
• To develop people to be subject matter experts through total employee involvement approach
• Develop innovative solutions for problems by effective use of digitalization, Kaizen, 7 Step or Figure of Eight problem solving methodologies

A Day in the life

Deal with limited knowledge of colleagues/relevant stakeholders with respect to EVs, battery packs, and testing.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for: Product/Process Improvements, Equipment maintenance, Improve Quality of Bought out Parts, Resolution of market issues, Improvement in design, New model testing & ramp-up, TPM, IMS & NABL Audit

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Management certification/degree
• Graduation in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, and 10 years in an automotive firm
