Scrum Master – Revenue Management & Support
Experience : 3 years to 7 years
Location: Gurgaon, India
Work Mode: Work from Office completely
Level: Analyst / Senior Analyst.
1. Role Purpose
The Scrum Master – Data & Business Intelligence will enable high-performing Agile teams delivering Data Analytics, Power BI, Finance Analytics, AP, AR, Business Operations, Data Engineering, Automation and AI/ML initiatives.
The role will act as an Agile Delivery & Transformation Partner, enabling teams to work effectively, improving delivery predictability, removing impediments, strengthening stakeholder collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
The role is expected to go beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies and establish a strong culture of accountability, transparency, disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments while driving timely resolution.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Support delivery across Data Analytics, Power BI, Data Engineering, Finance Analytics, AP/AR, Automation, and AI/ML projects.
- Ensure effective Jira governance, sprint tracking, and Agile reporting.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business value.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Promote team accountability, transparency, and Agile maturity.
3. Required Experience
- 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with Data Analytics, BI, technology, or digital transformation teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
4. Preferred Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master
- PMI-ACP
SAFe Agilist
5. Technical Exposure
The candidate should be technically conversant, although hands-on development is not mandatory.

- APIs / Data Integration
- Cloud technologies
- Automation
- AI/ML
- Finance Analytics
- AP / AR processes
The candidate should be comfortable understanding technical discussions, data dependencies, integration challenges and delivery risks.
