• Relevant Experience - 5 to 8 Yrs.
  
  

Role Purpose

• Responsible for providing support in Readsoft Cockpit & SAP ABAP
• The ABAP consultant is expected to help with queries relating to Reports, interfaces,
  
  

enhancements, ALE/IDOC, Conversions, forms, Adobe forms, ABAP workflow, proxies etc.

• knowledge in Readsoft OCR & its connectivity with Cockpit, BADI, BAPI, Data Dictionary,
  
  

SAP Script, OOPS, Debugging, LSMW, Workflow

• Familiar with Procure to Pay Process and SAP transport process including Charm
• Knowledge of any core functional module of SAP & linkages in ABAP
• Person should be willing to work on AP Essentials and do integration between SAP and AP
  
  

Essentials via ReadSoft cockpit

• Good communication and collaborative with various team and client, problem-solving skill
• Should be self-motivated, takes ownership of assigned task with any follow-up
  
  

Key Accountabilities: -

• Provide technical and operational expertise to meet business process and application
  
  

requirements for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP

• Provide support of Incident Management in Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP and ensure timely
  
  

resolution of incidents

• Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem
  
  

investigation and resolution for ABAP tickets

• Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem
  
  

resolutions when alternative solutions are available for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP tickets

• Provide appropriate assessment of Kofax notes , SAP OSS notes regarding relevance for
  
  

ABAP Operations & application process knowledge and capability
