RPA Architect

We're seeking a Solution Architect bringing solid expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and Applied AI to shape solution strategy and architectural direction for enterprise transformation programs.

The right candidate will take ownership of converting business concepts into scalable technical solutions, building out technical roadmaps, and constructing well-defined execution plans. This Individual Contributor position demands significant technical depth, structured analytical thinking, and top-tier documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to surface opportunities and understand challenges
• Convert business needs and concepts into workable solution architectures paired with implementation roadmaps
• Build scalable solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere, Applied AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technology
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and recommended best practices
• Produce solution design documentation, architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and presentations for leadership
• Assess technology options, weigh trade-offs, and deliver architecture recommendations
• Support engineering teams through architecture reviews and key technical decisions
• Ensure consistent alignment across business, product, engineering, and platform teams
  
  

• 8 or more years of background in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering
• Substantial hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and enterprise-level automation solutions
• Background designing solutions involving Applied AI and Generative AI
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise systems
• Demonstrated skill converting unclear business requirements into organized execution plans
• Strong communication abilities, stakeholder management skills, and documentation proficiency
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
  
  

• Background working with Databricks or AWS
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing
• Skilled in enterprise architecture frameworks and governance approaches
