Job Objective

To efficiently manage room reservations, maximize occupancy and revenue, ensure accurate booking records, and deliver prompt, professional service to enhance the guest experience.

Essential Job Tasks

Handle room reservation requests through calls, emails, website bookings, OTAs, and travel agents. Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS). Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and packages. Monitor room inventory and update availability status. Promote room upgrades, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue. Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports. Ensure compliance with reservation policies, procedures, and service standards.

Areas of Responsibility

Handle bookings, modifications, guest queries, reporting and coordination, Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.

Bachelors

Work Experience

2–5 years
