Job Description
→ Take prototypes into secure, production-ready systems
→ Build APIs, data models and interfaces using Node.js, MongoDB, React / Next.js
→ Integrate LLMs, retrieval, agents and structured extraction
→ Own deployment, infrastructure, monitoring and security
→ Build evaluation and guardrail systems for AI applications
Requirements
• Strong backend experience with Node.js / Express.js, MongoDB and SQL
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems
• Experience with React / Next.js and DevOps
• Strong infrastructure and security fundamentals
• An ownership mindset and a genuine bias toward building
• An AI-native approach to coding, automation and problem-solving
