15+ years in managing Automotive Quality within Plastic Injection Moulding
Experience with IATF-16949 standards, quality systems, and certifications

Job Description

Liaise with Third Party auditors (TUV) to ensure compliance during recertification Audits / Surveillance Audits of IATF / ISO specifications
Prepare & maintain Quality Plan, Inspection Standard / MISP, Control Plan, OPS of Product to ensure good quality part with Zero defect
Monitor and maintain COPQ & QA manpower cost as per target
Support in APQP process of New Project development
Training & education to Team members, QREs, Warehouse casual employee on quality standards, IATF, Safety, Inspection and customer requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing overall product quality

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience in quality management within the automotive industry & injection moulding
Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements
Ability to use quality tools and methodologies effectively
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Confidence working with teams and suppliers
