As a Salesforce QA Engineer , works closely with the Business Systems Team to assist the development of enhancements related to the CRM & Finance workflows. Working with the developers and the Business stakeholder, the candidate is culpable for writing, reviewing, and executing tests cases for functionality under development in CRM or Finance Systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and strong awareness of CRM concepts.
• Experience with other CRM or finance systems in a QA capacity is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies; familiarity with QA/project management tools is a plus.
• Solid awareness of SDLC, STLC, and the bug lifecycle.
• Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
• Prior experience working in an Agile development environment preferred.
• Fluency with JIRA, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong diagnostic and solution-finding
• Comfortable working in a environment with high volumes and tight aims; able to multitask effectively.
  
  

Essential

What we are looking for from you:

• Salesforce Sales/ Service cloud/ any cloud experience mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Manual testing with minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience for at least 1 year (Navigation, terminology, troubleshooting).

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interactive communication .
