Job Description

General

• Python Developer who can design, develop, implement and maintain Python applications. The ideal candidate should have solid Python programming skills and foundational knowledge of AI concepts—enough to leverage AI services or libraries for tasks like text analysis, OCR, or simple ML workflows. This role supports automation initiatives and AI-driven enhancements for business processes.
• This role will be part of the Intelligent automation team based out of Gurgaon supporting Intelligent automation globally.
• Role requires to work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes.
  
  

Role specific

• Python Development –
• Write clean, efficient, reusable and testable Python scripts.
• Develop utilities for file handling (CSV, Excel, PDF), web scraping, and REST API calls.
• AI Usage –
• Apply basic AI/ML concepts for practical use cases (e.g., text summarization, classification, OCR).
• Work with AI libraries or APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, TensorFlow basics).
• Integration - Connect Python scripts with enterprise systems and automation platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Additional Information

Minimum years of experience & CTC:

• 4-5 years of Python development experience.
• AI exposure through projects, certifications, or hands-on practice.
  
  

Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands)

• Strong proficiency in Python (data structures, error handling, modules like requests, Django, Flask, FastAPI, pandas, json).
• Understanding of AI fundamentals: What AI can/cannot do, basic ML workflow, prompt-based AI usage.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON handling.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Exposure to AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or LLM APIs.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) for AI or automation.
