We are seeking a skilled and competent Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.
What you will do:
We are now looking for Product Owner in delivery team. This job role is responsible for below:
Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
The skills you bring:
6+ years of experience in product development
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Proficiency in Spring Boot Framework, Spring Cloud, JPA and Spring Data for building scalable and robust applications.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies with expertise in JUnit and Postman testing.
Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practical usage of CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI and Cloud Native architecture.
Proficiency in asynchronous distributed patterns and multi-threaded programming to ensure optimal application performance.
Knowledge and adherence to industry practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and Design Patterns.
