Why This Role Matters

KwikShip is GoKwik’s logistics and fulfillment engine - the foundation powering merchant delivery success. As we scale, flawless execution and onboarding will be mission-critical. This role ensures our logistics platform moves from strategy to execution with speed and reliability - helping merchants onboard smoothly, go live faster, and scale confidently on KwikShip. You’ll be the execution backbone - turning ideas into shipped, reliable product experiences that merchants trust.

What You’ll Own

• Turn roadmap into shipped reality. Drive end-to-end feature execution - PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Deliver merchant go-lives. Lead product-side onboarding for new merchants, ensuring successful integrations and rapid feature adoption.
• Run the engine room. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day development flow - balancing speed, quality, and tech debt.
• Raise the quality bar. Coordinate QA, UAT, and deployment, ensuring every release is stable, reliable, and merchant-ready.
• Keep the system healthy. Monitor product health metrics, debug issues, triage incidents, and drive fast, cross-functional resolution.
• Be execution-obsessed. Bias toward clarity, ownership, and velocity - ensuring KwikShip ships fast and ships right.
  
  

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in Product Management with hands-on execution experience in B2B or platform-based products.
• A structured executor — you turn requirements into reality, not slide decks.
• Strong technical communicator — comfortable with APIs, integration workflows, and engineering trade-offs.
• Fluent in agile rituals — backlog grooming, stand-ups, sprint planning, QA cycles.
• Analytical and proactive — able to monitor data, spot issues early, and solve quickly.
• Eager to master logistics — curious, fast-learning, and excited to build in one of eCommerce’s most complex domains.
