Whats the role?

The role involves managing core finance activities including invoice booking, GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and month-end as well as year-end closings. The position requires preparation of MIS reports, supporting audits, and conducting periodic reviews with the plant team. A key responsibility is ensuring adherence to internal controls and global finance processes while maintaining accuracy in general ledger accounts, cost centers, and balance sheet schedules. The role also supports timely BOFC submission and MEC checklist closures. Additionally, the position will contribute to project management initiatives such as ERP implementation and automation to drive efficiency and process improvements.

What does the role involve?

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of Invoice booking, Bank reconciliation and Month end closing)
• Ensure right invoice booking in line with the GST.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
• Support in MEC and YEC and closely work with auditors.
• Preparing the MIS and periodical review with plant.
• Perform internal control checks and ensure adherence of global processes. General Ledger
• Ensure timely closure of books and support for submission of BOFC and Monthly MIS
• Month end closing MEC check list, timely closure of all MEC tasks
• Clear all open items and prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts
• GL account and cost center Adherence as per Global Finance Manual

What You Need Is

• Qualified CA Inter or MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge P2P process, Month end closing and Bank reconciliation.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance
• Advanced level knowledge in SAP/Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
