Role Summary and Impact
As part of the
Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Executive - People Panning - who will:
- We are looking for an energetic People Planner to give our WPP Media team a structured, consistent system for assigning talent to the work
- The Offshore People Planner will be resourcing individuals within our Offshore team in India for our agencies in EMEA and
- You will be a key member of the People Planning team, helping manage our demand for resources and allocating the right individuals depending on the business and client requirements as well as considering the individual’s career aspirations and development.
- In this role, you will build up knowledge of our markets, clients and their requirements combined with an awareness of the skillset and career aspirations of individuals in our Offshore Hub to make the best resourcing decisions.
- This role reports to the Offshore People Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Timely updating of resource allocations on resourcing tracker
- Timely updating on HR changes of the resources in the resourcing tracker (new hires/resignations/special leave)
- Timely updating of new demand to the resourcing tracker
- Basic reporting and analysis
- Update and send weekly email templates using data from Power BI and Trackers
