We are hiring a Media Buyer:Google Ads with deep expertise in CPS performance marketing. This role requires a seasoned specialist who can scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns while maintaining strong profitability and ROI.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven performer who understands revenue models, affiliate ecosystems, and how to engineer profitable growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and continuously optimize CPS-focused Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  

• Identify profitable segments, scale winning campaigns, and eliminate non-performing keywords, audiences, and funnels.
  

• Build and refine keyword strategies, bidding frameworks, audience clusters, and funnel optimizations tailored to CPS objectives.
  

• Collaborate with product, affiliate, analytics, and operations teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.
  

• Deliver sharp performance reports, actionable insights, and data-backed recommendations to drive growth.
  

• Manage large budgets efficiently with strict ROI discipline.
  

• Stay updated on new Google Ads features, policy updates, tools, beta offerings, and market trends.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in media buying, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
  
• ​Strong understanding of various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.
  
• Expertise in budget allocation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
  
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
