Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execution
• Oversee MEP and design across all project stages, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code and relevant standards.
• Provide guidance and resolve execution issues for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure the incorporation of BIM and other design technologies for optimal project outcomes.
• Material & Technology Expertise
• Stay updated on the latest MEP materials and technology trends.
• Drive innovative, technology-led solutions for design and execution.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations, to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Team Management
• Lead a team of 5-6 direct reports and oversee multiple indirect reports, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
