Your Role

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Business Intelligence solutions using Google Looker (LookML) to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
Architect and maintain robust data models, semantic layers, LookML explores, and views, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to define requirements, establish reliable data pipelines, and implement BI best practices and governance standards.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring BI developers, driving high-quality project delivery, and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.

Your Profile

8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and end-to-end BI solution delivery.
3+ years of hands-on expertise in Google Looker (LookML), dashboard development, and data visualization.
Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, relational databases, data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects.
