Your Impact as A Training Design & Delivery Analyst

The Training Design & Delivery Analyst is a learning expert with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional development and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and optimizing training programs that drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, across our worldwide contact centers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to assess training needs, develop learning solutions through instructional design practices, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure all agents are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Additional training, such as manager and technology training to ensure smooth technology transitions, etc, will be part of your tasked objectives as well. Additionally, you will be tasked with executing organization of information within knowledge management systems, among other tasks.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience

• SharePoint design for Knowledge Management preferred
• Familiarity with Workday LMS
• Advanced design in Articulate Rise and preferably Articulate Storyline, as well as VYOND
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• SharePoint design for Knowledge Management preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft power platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
• Call Center, Insurance, Finance background preferred
• Minimum 2 years, preferred 5 years, experience acting as Instructional Designer
  
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in education, human resources, business, instructional design, or a related field
• Instructional Design Certification
