What Youll Do

• Design Solution Architecture for AI/ Gen AI enabled applications for use cases across functions (applications built using / integrating with AI/ Gen AI models)
• Experience of architecting solutions for production grade AI/ Gen AI applications including RAG, Call Analytics, Conversational Bots (text and voice), AI/ Multi AI agents, AI based Search
• Evaluating Agentic AI platforms from hyper scalers, AI native players and SaaS players
• Integration of AI/ Gen AI platforms with Dialer / Telephony systems, Chat platforms, Mobile/ Digital Apps, CRM applications
• Designing data platforms for Gen AI with ability to handle unstructured data and streaming data in real time across multiple modalities (text, voice, videos, images etc.)
• Using Gen AI across SDLC lifecycles for improving overall Tech function effectiveness
• Experience of designing Cloud based AI/ Gen AI applications
• Expertise on designing data architectures for AI/ Gen AI applications including Vector DB, Graph DB, RDS, No SQL DBs depending on various use cases
• Experience in design and implementation of event driven architectures, Microservices, Digital platforms
