Instructional Designer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that help our colleagues and our clients build capability.

The role will support the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences
• Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops
• Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots
• Support learning operations and coordination activities
  
  

Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience designing and developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate 360
• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and photoshop required
• Proven ability to apply learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to structure effective learning experiences.
• Hands-on experience working with LMS, LXP, and other web-based learning platforms.
